Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our digital products (eBooks, guides, downloadable content), all sales are final. Once the product is delivered, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

However, we stand by the quality of our content. If you experience any issues—such as:

  • Incomplete or corrupted downloads
  • Incorrect file delivery
  • Technical issues accessing your purchase

Please contact our support team within 7 days of your purchase at info@fredicia.com. We will make every effort to resolve the issue promptly, including reissuing download links or offering a replacement.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Compatibility issues on unsupported devices
  • Failure to download before the link expires (unless technical issues are proven)

Cancellation Policy

We currently do not offer subscription-based services. If you have purchased a one-time product, there is no cancellation necessary after the transaction is complete.

If you pre-ordered a product and wish to cancel before it has been delivered, please contact us at info@fredicia.com within 24 hours of your order. We cannot guarantee cancellations after the order has been fulfilled.
